“Modernizing Undergraduate Renewable Energy Education: EU Experience
for Jordan”, MUREE, is TEMPUS project number
530332-TEMPUS-1-2012-1-JO-TEMPUS-JPCR, approved by the European
Commission under grant agreement number 2012-3324/001-001.
This website is now run and managed by the renewable energy network in order to ensure the
sustainability of the MUREE project and to enhance and widen its impact.
The renewable energy network has been established as one project activity.

Under
the patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Sumaya bint El Hassan,
a final international dissemination conference was organized at PSUT
on 29 September 2015. The conference discussed state-of-the-art
education and research RE initiatives in Jordan and internationally.
Nine speakers were invited to discuss topics ranged from acquisition
of practical competences through new learning technologies in RE
engineering education, grid Integration of RE sources to pollutant
emissions in common-rail diesel engine. More than 150 staff,
students and enterprise stakeholders participated in the
conference..
